Our story

Caffè Ricasoli  was born in the premises of an old winery from the early 1900s in the Panciatichi -Ximenes palace, at the corner of Via dei Pucci and Via Ricasoli, in front of the three-hundred-year-old Tabernacle of the Five Lamps. Edoardo and Ferruccio are the fourth generation of the Spanish family who is present in Florence with many business activities. They are young people who have shaped the Ricasoli Coffee on the search for the quality and genuineness of artisan products such as the old Florence workshops. They represent the typical traditional Italian family who want to know new people to discover and love lifestyle and traditional Tuscan values.
